A policy and public affairs enthusiast, Jean-Frédérick has fifteen years of experience in managing complex issues. His rigour, supported by his ability to synthesize and his writing skills, allow him to quickly identify the ins and outs of any situation and to implement effective strategies to find ways forward.
Jean-Frédérick has extensive experience in the energy sector, having worked for the Canadian Wind Energy Association for eight years, where he represented the interests of his organization’s members in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. In this capacity, he was able to generate support for balanced and efficient approaches in order to create positive results for his industry, while signing numerous briefs and open letters, in addition to appearing in various media. His career has also taken him to different sectors, in Ottawa, where he worked in the House of Commons and for a major Crown corporation, as well as in France and the United States.
A graduate of the École nationale d’administration (ÉNA) in Strasbourg, Jean-Frédérick also holds a graduate degree in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Bordeaux and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Université Laval. An avid sports fan, he is closely involved in one of the most important cycling clubs in the city.
