Passionate about public affairs, Fitzback is known for her strong organizational skills and political acumen. She is dedicated to her clients, always attentive to their needs and building solid, trust-based relationships.

Having held several positions within the Quebec public service, Fitzback has an in-depth understanding of Quebec’s political and administrative structures. She also brings expertise in strategic writing and organizing press events.

Before joining TACT, Fitzback was part of the public affairs team at the Ministry of Health and Social Services (MSSS), where the COVID-19 pandemic shaped her experience. This crisis management period allowed her to develop versatility and gain significant professional experience.

Laura Fitzback holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Communications and certificates in Professional Writing and Political Science from Université Laval.
