Luc is known for his outstanding analytical skills and his talent for communication. Whether in the role of advisor, elected representative or commentator, he has always excelled at identifying problems and proposing the best solutions. His vast political experience, notably as a minister, gives him intimate knowledge of the government’s inner workings.
He entered Quebec’s Parliament Hill in 2006, first as a political advisor, press secretary and general communications advisor for 2014 in the Sherbrooke riding. He held various ministerial positions in culture and communications, in the protection and promotion of the French language, as well as in family. He was also the minister responsible for the Estrie region. Passionate about current affairs, he then became president of Mainstreet Quebec, as well as a political columnist for several media outlets. All this while being the proud father of four children!
Luc holds a master’s degree in political science from the University de Montréal.
