Pragmatic, quick-witted and rigorous, Marc-André helps TACT's clients meet complex and varied communication challenges in an ever-changing world. Passionate about human capital, he likes to put himself in the shoes of his customers and their audiences to better understand their motivations, needs, challenges, concerns and, above all, their potential.
Over the past 10 years, he has developed an arsenal of skills in public relations, corporate communications, internal communications, digital communications and public affairs. Marc-André is also responsible for TACT's internal communications expertise.
Marc-André has acted as a strategic advisor to a number of organizations over the years. Among other things, he played a key role in media relations and strategic planning for the launch of the Réseau express métropolitain (REM), in addition to similar roles in the financial and union sectors. He also served as Canadian media relations team leader for the 15th United Nations Conference on Biodiversity (COP15).
Marc-André holds a bachelor's degree in public communications from Université Laval, where he now lectures regularly. He is currently completing a graduate diploma in business administration. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Société des communicateurs de Québec (SOCOM), and holds certifications in neurolinguistic programming and brainstorming facilitation.
