Passionate about politics, economics and public affairs, Sébastien uses his keen understanding of socio-economic issues and his ability to synthesize them to achieve objectives. Combining pragmatism and audacity, he ensures that he always understands the substance of the issues and finds solutions to the problems before him. His strategic writing skills also allow him to stand out when it comes to communicating simply the most complex ideas.
His experience in agencies, Ministère des Transports du Québec and Ministère du Conseil exécutif gives him a global perspective in approaching public affairs issues. During his young career, he has acquired expertise in economic analysis and strategic planning, as well as acting as an advocate in an impressive variety of political issues. He knows how to navigate both government and public relations.
He holds a bachelor's degree in political science and a certificate in economics from Université Laval, and has been a member of the Board of Directors of Caisse Desjardins de Charlesbourg since 2016.
