Completing a Master's degree in public communication at Laval University, Vincent joined TACT governmental relations and public affairs team.
Holder of a Bachelor's degree in political science and international studies from University of Montreal, Vincent has developed a capacity for analysis and synthesis that allows him to paint a precise portrait of complex situations. He developed a keen interest in governmental relations while organizing the first edition of the Rencontres Action Jeunesse 2017, a project that fosters public participation among youth organizations helping them raise awareness with elected officials on issues regarding Québec's youth.
His enthusiasm for municipal issues led him to work as a political advisor to the executive committee and with the mayor’s office in Laval. He also had the opportunity to implement agile and innovative communications methods over the course of an internship at the Wallonia Parliament in Belgium. Finally, he was president of University of Montreal Student Federation (FAÉCUM) and member of several student media board of directors.
