Curious by nature and passionate about politics and current affairs, Vincent stands out for his reliability and rigour. His analytical and listening skills allow him to gain a true understanding of the issues and dynamics at stake. His main motivation is being involved in the implementation of innovative projects that have an impact on society.
A lawyer by training, Vincent worked in an international law firm before joining TACT. With this experience, he has developed a good knowledge of the legal issues and the legislative and regulatory framework specific to several sectors, particularly in the field of infrastructure and transportation. His experience practising law has given him the opportunity to build trusting relationships with clients, including government agencies. He also developed his ability to work under pressure and to prioritize.
Vincent holds a bachelor’s degree in law and a minor in political science from the Université de Montréal. During his university career, he was involved with various organizations, including the non-profit association Option consommateurs as part of a community internship. He has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2021.
