Stages of the recruitment process

Application Review
We carefully review each résumé and cover letter to identify candidates whose profiles best match the position.

Initial Interview
Selected candidates are invited to a 15–30-minute video call. This conversation provides an opportunity to get acquainted and discuss interests and motivations.

Second Interview
Shortlisted candidates then move on to a one-hour interview with the hiring managers. This stage enables a more in-depth examination of skills, experience, and overall suitability for the role.

Assessment (may vary depending on the position)
Approximately 1.5 hours (may vary depending on the role)
A knowledge-based assessment is sent by email and can be completed fully remotely. If you require accommodation measures, please inform the person scheduling your assessment. The test mainly evaluates strategic thinking (analysis, contextual understanding), assignment comprehension, quality of writing, vocabulary, attention to detail, as well as clarity and structure of ideas.

Follow-up and Offer
After completing all stages of the process, we contact the selected candidates to provide them with an update. An offer is then extended to the successful candidate.

Onboarding
The new team member officially joins the team.
