TACT Welcomes Pascale St-Onge, Julie Boucher and Mélanie Desrosiers to Strengthen Its Strategic Expertise

Montréal, February 18, 2026 – TACT is proud to announce the arrival of three highly accomplished professionals to its team: Pascale St-Onge, as Executive Advisor, and Julie Boucher and Mélanie Desrosiers, both appointed Vice Presidents.

Pascale St-Onge, Executive Advisor

A former Minister of Sport, Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, and Minister of Canadian Heritage, Pascale St. Onge spearheaded major reforms and oversaw high-level national files, marked by intense political and media scrutiny. Accustomed to complex decision-making environments, she brings to TACT a strategic understanding of federal political, institutional, and regulatory dynamics, as well as expertise in issues management and social acceptability.

Julie Boucher, Vice President

Julie Boucher brings extensive experience gained both within and outside decision-making circles, including on the executive committees of Hydro-Québec, Alto, and Santé Québec. A recognized strategist known for her sound judgment and collaborative approach, she supports organizations in developing influence strategies, managing sensitive issues, and deploying national communications in challenging contexts.

Mélanie Desrosiers, Vice President

With nearly 18 years of experience at KPMG, where she most recently served as Executive Director, Strategy and Commercial Due Diligence, Mélanie Desrosiers strengthens TACT’s expertise in strategic planning and business strategy. A specialist in organizational growth and market analysis, she supports executive teams in structuring rigorous, clear, and fact-based decisions.
