TACT is proud to announce the arrival of Dimitri Soudas to its growing team of over 130 experts. A seasoned political strategist, business executive, and entrepreneur, Soudas will serve as Strategic Advisor, bringing clients his high-level expertise in public affairs, strategic development, and communications.
Known for his sharp insights, structured thinking, and results-driven leadership, Dimitri Soudas specializes in business development, corporate growth strategy, public affairs, and communications. He has made his mark across government, the private sector, and community organizations.
Soudas is especially known for serving as Chief Spokesperson and Director of Communications to former Prime Minister Stephen Harper. He joined Harper’s team in 2002 and played a pivotal role for over a decade, shaping government messaging, managing crisis communications, and handling media relations on both national and international stages.
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions in prominent organizations, including Executive Director of Communications and Chief Press Officer for the Canadian Olympic Committee, Chief Operating Officer of the International Economic Forum of the Americas, Executive Vice-President of Commercial Affairs for the World Equestrian Games, Manager Partner of the Stampede Group, and Executive Director of the Conservative Party of Canada. He also chaired the board of Montreal en Fêtes.
In addition to his professional roles, he is a regular political commentator, offering insightful analysis on federal, provincial, and international current affairs through various media outlets.
