Both creative and pragmatic, Anne finds concrete solutions to complex issues. An effective strategist, she is passionate about working in transforming environments because they combine strategic planning, communication, and leadership. She is also Head of the Talent division at TACT.

For several years, Anne worked as a leader in the media world. She used her skills to help companies rethink their positioning and succeed in their organizational transformation. She is also a trainer in strategic planning and change management. An empathetic and understanding leader, she believes in the power of collective intelligence to move society forward. She is committed to supporting the next generation as a strategic planning coach and also through her work with the Réseau Mentorat and her role as vice-president of CIBL. Her rich background allows her to quickly adapt to the specific needs of the organizations she supports.

A graduate in communications, she also has master’s degrees in change management from the prestigious European Business Institute – Insead- and is also certified in Lean Six Sigma.
