Combining strategic insight with a deep understanding of Québec public policy, Émile helps associations, professional orders, businesses, and non-profit organizations develop influence strategies aimed at key decision-makers. His career has given him a thorough grasp of the Québec state and its many structures. During his studies, he explored several Québec laws—from sustainable land-use planning to municipal powers—before working in the public service and later in the community sector, with a special focus on social support initiatives. Émile holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Université Laval.
