Alice-Ann first developed her expertise in the events industry, where she honed her skills in event planning, crisis management, and partnership coordination. She then made the leap to agency work, where she expanded her expanded her expertise in social media management and paid campaigns.

Alice-Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in public communication from Université Laval. Her university career was also marked by her involvement in various committees and associations.
