François Constantin
Senior Consultant
François is known for simplifying complex issues and implementing effective strategies to overcome obstacles. His background in finance, in-depth knowledge of government operations, and understanding of business realities have led him to work on high-profile projects across Quebec.
Over the past decade, François has advised an opposition leader, several ministers, members of parliament, and municipal officials. He played a key role in revitalizing Quebec’s wind energy sector and supported communities in developing energy projects on their land. Before entering politics, François was responsible for investor relations at a health sector SME in the United States.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (Finance) from Université Laval and a college diploma in Accounting from Champlain Regional College.
