François Constantin is known for distilling complex challenges into clear strategies that pave the way to progress. His background in finance, deep understanding of government operations, and strong grasp of business realities have led him to work on major projects across Quebec.

Over the past decade, François has advised a leader of the Official Opposition, several ministers, members of parliament, and municipal elected officials. He has also played a key role in the revival of Quebec’s wind energy sector and has supported communities developing energy projects in their territories. This experience not only helped him build an extensive network of contacts but also gave him valuable hands-on expertise in government relations, public affairs, and social acceptability. Before entering politics, François was also responsible for investor relations at a U.S.-based SME in the healthcare sector.

He holds a bachelor in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance from Université Laval and a college diploma in Accounting from Champlain Regional College.
