Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a passion for politics and government relations, Gabriel enjoys applying his analytical and synthesizing skills to serve his clients. He has a particular interest in complex political and societal issues, as well as transportation and energy matters.

His work experience and internships have given him a solid grounding in public affairs. While working at the City of Montreal’s Division de la planification stratégique, he became well versed in local politics and learned to formulate the recommendations necessary for effective public policies. As part of VIA Rail Canada’s Public Affairs and Government Relations team, he was involved in stakeholder management and the drafting of official communications for provincial and federal governments.

Gabriel holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and a master’s degree in public and international affairs from the Université de Montréal.
