Rigorous, efficient and committed, Natacha stands out by her organizational skills, her ability to evolve in complex situations and the knowledgeable support she provides to her clients. A public affairs enthusiast, she has over the past ten years developed expertise in government relations, public relations, crisis management and writing. She specializes more specifically in the fields of health, social services and prevention.
Natacha first worked in provincial politics, where she held various strategic positions, including press attaché, chief of staff, and then director of communications planning in the Quebec premier’s office. She has a 360o understanding of the various public issues and a thorough knowledge of the functioning of the Quebec public administration, its decision-making, regulatory and legislative processes. In agency, she developed and implemented various integrated public relations and reputation protection strategies. She has also contributed to the training of spokespersons. In addition to the health sector, she has also worked with organizations in various fields such as transportation, public safety and the environment.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in public communications from Laval University and the Institut des Hautes Études de Communications Sociales in Brussels, as well as a master’s degree in public administration from École nationale d’administration publique. She currently sits on the Board of directors of the Centre de services scolaires des Premières-Seigneuries.
